Hi Karen! Thanks for all the wonderful and inspirational ideas for my work as a teacher. It reaches all the way to Sweden:) I have recently started a blog myself about preschool.. ideas, creativity and learningspaces. If you have time.. please check it out:)
I have a question, my Wife has been wanting to be a sub special needs teacher at the local preschool here in Tacoma WA, but she was wondering if she needed a background in education. like a masters degree or what not.
Thanks for writing Jason! I'm happy to hear that your wife is interested in a special needs program. She should probably check with the schools and/or school districts in which she is interested. Each area is different. Here in Alabama for instance, some school require that a substitute teacher be a state certified teacher, while other school do not. Wish her good luck for me!
